It recently resold for an astonishingly high $144,000 in 5/8/218 with only 1,185 sq ft living area. And, 9189 Paris Ave sold for $96,600 in 3/2017 as a foreclosure before reselling for $135,000 7/2017 with 1,212 sq ft living area.

NOTE: This chart below is of “Beau Chene” in GBRMLS but the Average Sold Price By Year appears to be error for 2010 because Beau Chene home prices never reached into the $200,000 range.
